As a leading contact center solution, Unexus provides solutions for customers in the Netherlands and beyond, including the United Kingdom. Recently, we attended BAPCO, an annual event that brings together IT managers and decision-makers from police, fire and ambulance services in Coventry. This year’s event focused on AI and the integration of different applications used in control rooms.
Together with David Brawn and Stephanie Seekings from Getronics UK and Kieran Baker, Staff Officer at Dorset Police, we viewed demos of control room systems from NICE, SAAB, Frequentis, and SSS. The goal was to gather information for the planned collaboration of Unexus with Getronics UK and Dorset Police to offer a ONE STOP solution to police, fire, and ambulance services in the UK.
It was remarkable and very pleasant to hear that our potential partners were very motivated to speak with Unexus about the proposed plans, especially because Dorset Police did not hesitate to express their enthusiasm for the UCS Contact Center solution.
With the project, we are entering a new phase together with our partners and we strive to provide the most efficient and effective contact center solution to emergency services. We are proud to offer this solution and look forward to expanding it further.
